His roles have ranged from inspector to Division Administrator for Tennessee's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Rick has conducted over 10,000 vehicle and driver inspections, over 1,000 DOT audits, and has investigated more than 200 major accidents. He is currently a third-party consultant for the Law Offices of Seaton & Husk, our longtime attorney and advisor for TEANA.

Rick is also a dedicated instructor, having taught over 1,000 students at the U.S. DOT’s Transportation Safety Institute, and is a regular contributor to the SiriusXM radio show "Rick’s Rules."
